I know you can't tell, but I see that in myself. I've lost an inch all around. I think you've lost more. I'm only technically on my 3rd week (minus days off) of 30DS or 1 week to go. I spent a lot of time on level 1 because I want to work my way up. So I have only done 3 days at level two.

Also try cranberry supplements. My boyfriend takes these to keep gout from coming back.

How do you know how many calories you burn? I have been adding the exercise as "Circuit Training" and going with the MFP total for 20 minutes exercise.

I have an Omron HJ-112 Digital Pocket Pedometer . It works better than any of the other cheap ones I had previously.
