I just make it clear in my profile that I'm happily married. I like having friends of both sexes. That way I get the no BS, football coach type drive from the guys and the constant encouragement from the women. It's a nice mix. Again, I don't see the problem if you're clear in your intentions, or lack thereof.

When I run into a group of foxes unexpectedly. To this point they leave me alone, but I'm waiting for the morning that I get jumped. (Side note: I've barred my kids from watching Dora the explorer for fear they may take the side of Swiper over Dad.)

Yes, I do. I wear a HRM every time I workout so I have a reasonably accurate measure of the calories burned (as opposed to the MFP guess) per workout. I also have a FitBit, but have not started eating the extra calories from it. Seems to be working for me.

That money is the equivalent to what the PSU football program earns each year. And that money will now go to a trust which will then be dispersed to various child protection organizations.

There are no scholarships being removed. Current players keep their scholarships. The school is afforded fewer future scholarships. Big difference.

Thanks for all the advice. Some good stuff in there for certain. I suppose the smart play is to keep rolling along until I plateau and switch it up. I'm starting up circuit training in a couple weeks so I'll probably make sure to up my protein intake at that time to feed the machine. Good luck to you all.

Great advice, thank you. I've revised my protein % and I'm seeking out more protein-rich foods. It's a work-in-progress, but a solid start. Haha, you and me both!

Lots of interesting comments. Thanks for chiming in. I wrote the OP about 5 minutes after it happened so it was raw. I typically don't sweat the small stuff, but for some reason it just irritated me. Just passed my halfway weight mark this weekend so maybe I should eat more ice cream Snickers bars?! Good luck to you all.
