Or, how about you wait until you can actually afford the car and pay cash? Novel idea in today's America, I know.
-
This. I don't worship at the feet of the great FICO. Affordability does not mean you can "afford" a $30,000 car just because a bank will loan you the money. You can "afford" the $30,000 care when you can pay cash for it. That means having a little discipline, starting with a $3,000 beater whilst saving money. Through…

Was in college and had just left the architecture building after pulling an all-nighter to finish a project. I was asleep no more than 10 minutes when my roommate woke me up to see what was going on.

I drink this exact concoction every day that I work out.

I've swapped the strap battery and watch battery (FT-4) in mine. Definitely do not pay for it, it's incredibly simple.

There are two appropriate answers. 1) Wash your food. 2) A myth. Please read this article: http://www.wannabebig.com/diet-and-nutrition/the-dirt-on-clean-eating/

Broscience is the predominant brand of reasoning in bodybuilding circles where the anecdotal reports of jacked dudes are considered more credible than scientific research. Broscience in action: "Bro, you gotta slam 40-60 grams of waxy maize plus 20 grams of BCAA within 7 seconds of finishing your last set of squat rack…

This. They are reputable (if you like broscience), even though Lance is not.

This. You've got the right idea. Give it a month and check your progress.

Or, it could be that I just ran three miles to "afford" to eat more protein, veggies, and fruits to fuel my body for the day. MFP already has you in a caloric deficit so you don't need additional deficit. Lose weight in the kitchen, get strong/fit working out.

Please read this post: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/710742--starvation-mode-exercise-calories-dillema It will answer all your questions.

You answered your own question. Eat more.

Been there, done that. Just remember, every meal/snack is a choice regardless of what you've done earlier in the day. I tend to binge before lunch and then throw the day out the window. In reality, the day can be mostly saved if I just remember that advice.

Examples?

I've had it swing both ways on my FT4. Often times it is air temperature related. Obviously, my body works harder when it's hot outside.
-
Great stuff so far!

MFP has already calculated your calorie deficit. The calories you burn from exercise increase that deficit. So, eat back your calories to fuel your body and you're still netting a deficit (i.e., you'll still lose weight).

Great stuff.
