Milk has lots of nice nutrients and coffee is great for giving a boos to metabolism. Some also say caffeine makes you perform better in exercise. So milk coffee is great. Sugar is not that great, tough. But that little sugar is not going to be devastating to your diet so go ahead.

If you are in the fitness thing, that's how you are going to feel many a times. Do not grow obcessed with having absolute goals... Know that every minute of exercise you do and every gram of junk food you avoid makes your life better. It's not an all or nothing game.

Depends on what you want. Men ususally want the brutal-looking, bulging abs like that of rybo. Women often just want a flat stomach. Ab exercises will burn little calorie and will contribute little towards the flat belly goal. You need to concentrate more on calorie burning if you want to go flat on there.

couldn't aggree more with mgalvin12. Also you can remove all junk food from home and make sure the only food at home is stuff that require you to do some cooking, microwaving etc. It works for me because I hate to prepare food.

Squats mainly... Sumo squats for toning the inner side of the legs... Mix in some hamstring leg curls to tone back of the upper legs... If you gym has the right machines, you should be able to the squats without actually picking up the weights and avoid upper body build.

Skimmed milk + oats or some kind of low calorie corn flakes. Tastes well, satiating and so low on calories that I feel I run out of energy when I eat that.

They will definitely give you some vitamins but real food has stuff you need such as fibre and other enzymes or whatever you cannot get from pills. You must eat your fruits if you don't want to get sick some day.

Idea 1: Some low-fat, low-salt type of cheese. Put a lot of it between two thin slices of bread. Place in the sandwich maker: Delicious! Idea 2: Low fat jerky or other pre-cooked meat product, Again two thin slices of bread and the sandwich maker: Delicious!

I have read in many places that the artificial sweeteners in diet coke can mess with your body's ability ot regulate the sugar etc. Apart from that I see no difference between drinking and leaving cafein-free diet coke. It's basically water with taste and color and bubbles. By the way, caffeine can actually make you lose…

try rum with diet coke
