Why are you trying to ditch the muscle?
-
That's because there's like thousands of posts on here per hour. Unless you're spending all day on here, there's a good chance that you're not seeing absolutely everything posted, so logically, there's going to be things that both of us see that the other will not.

Lord, OK, I wasn't saying she should use it as her only source of protein (in fact, I also made a comment on here suggesting other great sources of vegan protein, which include many on your list), I was simply trying to say that people need to be less afraid of fat, particularly if they're eating a largely plant-based…

Only this: are you weighing at the same time every day? Your morning weight is not the same as your evening weight. I also wouldn't recommend weighing more than once a day (or even necessarily more than once a week). You're also not trying to lose as much as some other people on here (like me), so it's not going to come…

Because you were like the 20th person in a row that I had seen in the forums going straight for the fat, and even if you didn't mean to say it was necessarily bad, I all too often see people suggesting to vegans that they cut out all fatty forms of protein, which, as someone who was on a vegan/vegetarian diet for about 6…

I meant MFP in general, not this particular thread, which I stated in another reply.
-
Did I say that you specifically said that? I said "people on here", as in MFP. There just seem to be a lot of people on this particular thread commenting on the fat content, which is why I brought it up.
-
Exactly what I was getting at (sorry, I often forget that tone is very hard to read in text). There's nothing wrong with it, especially if you're getting it from nuts and seeds. People on here just always seem so quick to tell people to cut out ALL the fat.

What are your stats?
-
Why's everyone so afraid of fat?
-
Same. In my brief vegan days, they were a necessity.
-
I think my mom's old 70s food processor did that.
-
Diet Mt. Dew is how I survived high school. I can't even imagine it without caffeine.
-
No one asked you. I much prefer Zero. I preferred Pepsi Max until I realized that one of the energy drink components in it (guarana, which they've taken out, or ginseng) was giving me heart palpitations. I also really liked Diet Pepsi until they put Splenda in it. I'm glad they've put out a classic version, now.

I think you can adjust the sensitivity of it to track better. I remember doing that at some point.
-
Mine actually does the opposite, tbh.

When I was briefly vegan, I bought only unsweetened, unsalted PB. Maybe that would help? If it's a good way for you to get your protein in, I wouldn't give it up entirely, but there are a lot of other vegan protein sources: whole/sprouted grains, beans (obviously), lentils, etc. If you're concerned about fat intake, maybe…

It's definitely not 100% accurate, but it's obviously close enough, because I've done better at losing since I got mine than I did before.

As a kid, we never did, but I don't use that much, anymore, and I mostly use the spreadable butter (with olive oil in it), these days, so it's soft without being left out. We did keep it in the fridge during the summer, though, because we didn't have AC and we lived in the desert, where it would get up in the 100s, meaning…

I don't take days off, I just do "casual" training, which is usually just low-impact exercises (yoga, walking, etc.), or higher-impact exercises with the reps spread throughout the day.
-
I would also like to suggest going outside your chiropractor. I had a shoulder injury that my chiropractor diagnosed as a simple pinched nerve from a neck injury, so by the time I even knew to get a second opinion, the damage was done.
-
Does sound like a hernia of some sort, from what little info you've provided. Unfortunately, sometimes you really have to fight to get a proper diagnosis. I've seen it with friends who have had injuries that led to chronic pain.
-
Yeah, I was vegetarian for awhile, and the soups I made then were never quite as satisfying as pretty much anything I make with chicken broth or stock.
-
S'mores, hands down. I did once slay an entire box of those.
-
You don't necessarily have to do any sort of high-impact workout right off the bat. Just get out and walk if you really can't motivate yourself to do anything else. I burn a stunning amount every day just by walking around (mind you, I walk hella fast, but STILL). I'd also recommend checking out Darebee. There's some…

Soups are easy, and you can buy pre-cut frozen veggies to put in them if you want to skip a lot of prep.
-
Definitely nothing wrong with that. You can always go to the workout page, enter a few parameters, and then hit the random button.

I have literally never known anyone who only ate one Poptart. I'm not saying they don't exist, I'm just saying that if they do exist, I've never seen them in the wild. Also, if they're only eating one, congrats, they're now only eating 1/6 of their daily calories in what is basically pure sugar on cardboard. Give them a…

A lot of whole grains have protein, particularly sprouted grains. Beans and nuts, like other people said. Peas are a good one. Nothing wrong with some protein shakes, either. I used to get unflavored protein powder and mix it in with the batter for my breakfast muffins, back when I was leaning more toward vegan.

I freeze them and use them as ice cubes, then eat them when I'm done with my water.
