^^ THIS!! I really don't care what my clothing looks like, as long as it's drenched in sweat!! And why pay that kinda money for that???

Up at 4:45, coffee from 4:45 - 5:15 and then its down to the workout room for 45-60 minutes of exercise... every morning, except Saturdays which is my scheduled rest day - and the only day I get to sleep in :) I found out that if I don't do it in the morning, it don't get done so AM it is. Also gives me half an hour - just…

My motto - Moderation, NOT deprivation. There is no food that is "BAD" for you - but there is TOO MUCH food that is bad for you.

I did what you are doing and found that I spent so much time worrying about WHAT I was eating that I forgot to enjoy. I made myself take a break from MFP, stopped tracking, and just let myself enjoy and ... guess what? Didn't gain an ounce, actually continued to lose. Eating healthy has become a habit now that I don't need…

I do HIIT regularly and love it. You can find lots of online resources by googling HIIT - some use weights, some use body weight. But there are lots. I have lost 47 and counting doing HIIT and I use both Jillian Micheals and JNL Fusion - they are not TRUE HIIT but they do follow very similar protocals.

Eat right, people, MOVE, and be patient. There really is no other way.

Don't be disappointed - you are doing amazing, and keep in mind that if you didn't exercise prior to this journey, you are also building muscle! This could be part of what you see as lack of actual weight loss. As long as you are continuing to lose, you are doing it right, so keep going!! As you build muscle, your…

I throw them in dry and wait 5-10 minutes - I add chia seed (in the form of Holy Crap) to yogurt, smoothies, salads, etc. It's a great boost!

as long as it has a good strong beat at the pace I'm needing, I'll workout to it :)

I personally love my fitbit, it does what I purchased it to do. If it does not do what you are wanting - the simple answer is don't buy it :) I also use a an HRM for my workouts, not my fitbit - it's just there to remind me to get it on....
