I looked at your food diary and noticed you had soy sauce... I recently purchased some Bragg's Liquid Aminos, which you can use in place of soy sauce... it tastes great and has 310 mg of protein per 1/2 teaspoon, and 0 calories.

beans are only a "complete" protein if you combine them with a carb like brown rice, quinoa, or pasta. I love Edamame, seeds, nuts, lentils, peas...

I don't do dairy. I have even heard that "fat free" or skim milk can make you gain weight or keep you from losing. Maybe try switching to something different like almond milk, rice milk, or flax milk for a week or two and see if you notice any difference.

consider this a "lifestyle change" instead of a diet... it isn't reasonable to think that you will never have occasions where you eat something unhealthy. BUT it may be different for others, but I find when I eat unhealthy foods I start getting cravings and temptations for DAYS after that make it harder for me to get back…

From my understanding one weekend could set you back as much as two weeks worth of work... if that is worth it for you, then go for it. Personally, I would hate to lose that two weeks... but that's just me ;)
