Hi, I'm right there with you. This is my third round and I'm looking to get in shape and feel better. Don't want to wait for the New Year knowing I will put on too many pounds this month so I thought I'd get a jump on it. Feel free to add me.

Totally understand where your coming from I'm 51 and just got over some knee problems and back problems from thinking I could do zumba (ha). I sent a friend request so add if you'd like.

Try a nice egg white omelet with loads of veggies. Very filling. Try not to eat the bad stuff because if you do you know you'll beat yourself up all day long or worse keep eating bad stuff. Hang in there!

I've found that if I eat too many carbs and just cut back a little not completely and add more veggies that sometimes helps.
