Omg haha, he seems pretty rude! My pet peeve from the gym is when the trainers working there come over and talk to you while your working out. They are really nice but when i go to the gym i like to be on my own with my ear phones in!

I thought of doing that but i just kept going until i got to level 2 and then a few days i did 2 workouts in one day. Level 2 is so much harder than level 1 though, make the most of it ! :P

Go to the gym for 30 mins - burn at least 200 cals Do level 3 of the 30 Day Shred - burn at least 175 cals Eat lots of protein And most importantly - get a good night sleep :)

I had stretch marks when i was younger and used bio oil about 3 times a day every day for 6 months. It really helped!! Now they look so much better, completely white and can only see them if you look really close.

Haha i know how you feel. I would never get completely naked in the gym changing room no matter how comfortable i felt with my body because i know it makes me uncomfortable when others do it. What i really hate is when they are chatting to you and then boom! All their clothes come off and it's like... WOAH so uncomfortable!

My boyfriend is just the same as yours. I was 149lbs when i met him and he thought i was lovely just as i was, but i wasnt happy with my body or my eating habits and managed to slim down to 128lbs and i'm really proud of my body now, but he doesnt really take much notice of how i've changed. I love oatmeal, i have it almost every morning. I have just purchased the Polar FT7 in red :) hasn't come yet, but the description was one of the best especially for the price! It was hard to find a HRM that also shows how many calories are burned.

I am currently right in the middle of the 30 Day Shred - Day 16 will be completed today. I am not so keen on level 2! BIT intense!! But enjoying seeing the results. Has anyone started level 3? Is the difference between 2 and 3 massive? I'm nervous about starting it next week!

Yeah i heard that too...my fiances dad has depression and whenever he's not feeling too good, his wife tells him to eat a big banana, he usually perks up quite a bit about half an hour later...but it could be different for everyone of course.
