I LOVE Quest bars! They are the cleanest protein bar i've come across and the fibre content is great. My favourites are Cookie Dough and Chocolate Brownie - they really taste like a treat, but without the sugar! Yum.

Push ups are pretty hated aren't they! I definitely agree, they're on of my most despised exercises. I pretty much enjoy almost all of the other strength exercises using weights, but it's body weight exercises i'm not a big fan of.

I hate people that hover over the machine I'm on when they know I just started on it! It's so rude when they just hang around you waiting for you to finish!

I always always always have breakfast, but I'm not very creative! I have porridge with a scoop of chocolate protein powder everyday and I look forward to it! So yummy!!

Anything really stodgy, like pizza or breads like naan/stotties etc. I used to LOVE pizza but now I just cannot bear the thought of eating it because of how lethargic I feel afterwards. Also too much dairy makes me feel yuck.
