I have been using mfp for over a year on and off with the iPhone app.

My highest weight ever was around 285 pounds.

My lowest as of last may was around 180. I'm now sat at around 210 and I'm back on it.

Hoping to get some tips from this forum as I have embarked on exercise again and finding it really quite touch this time around. I have some before and after pics I may post soon.

    Honestly... I'm not so sure. For the first time in 6 months I went back to my aerobics class last night, it's really motivated me to keep it up. Today instead of taking the bus home from work I'm going to power walk to 3 miles. I want to start lifting but I'm unsure where to start, I have a lot of toning to do and I think it would really benefit me.

    Next goal is to get back under 200lb which if I stay on track shouldn't be too difficult :)

    Thats what I'm hoping. I've done it before I can certainly do it again. I figure that 20 weeks till christmas... If I can lose at least 1lb a week then that's 20lbs. Suits me perfectly x
