  • Oh my goodness Megs, that is horrible... I am so sorry you had to deal with that. I have two Weims; Heidi is 7 and Dietr is just a year old. I want to start cycling with Dietr because he has so much energy that it is hard to get him enough exercise with walking alone. I have a bad knee and can't run so I thought cycling…

  • I have a bad knee. My favorite exercise is spinning.
  • I am interested in seeing the responses to this. I spin for 30-45 minutes every morning and I too feel lazy if I miss it. Cheers, Alsison
  • I just realized that I forgot to check in last Sunday... All is good though. I have added strength training to my workout regiment twice weekly and I have even upped my morning spins to 45 minutes... Although I haven't seen a lot of results on the scale, I am definitely feeling the results in the way my clothes have been…
  • Usually the rental agreement specifies whether or not parking is included. Do you have an agreement? If you do then he would be in breach of this agreement and you would be legally in the right, although whether or not it is worth the cost of pursuing it is obviously up to you... I am not sure where you are from, but where…
  • I feel for you and I have been there. The more you binge the worse you feel. The worse you feel the more you binge. All I can say is that it works in the opposite direction too... The more you make healthy choices the better you will feel and the better you feel the easier it is to make good choices. Don't focus on the big…
  • Well, I have had a hard time incorporating strength training into my regiment, but I have signed up for a personal training session this coming Tuesday at a new personal training only facility that just opened by my house... I am hoping that will give me the jump start I need to make this happen, I am still keeping up the…

  • Well I did the 2 weeks and I honestly do believe I have adopted no eating after 7:00 pm as a new habit. I don't have the dangerous late night cravings I used to have. So I am ready too start on healthy habit # 2 - Waking up an hour before I normally do so I can fit in some type of physical activity before I start my day. I…
  • I made it through the first week (except for a minor slip up of beer and pizza on Friday night)....:blushing: One week to go and I can already feel it become a "habit" as the late night food cravings seem to be less. I will check in again next Sunday. What new healthy habit I am going to try to create for myself next week??
