I started at 5'2" and 180 pounds.. Last year I tried for the 1200 calorie level (which is what I got from this website putting in a 2lb a week weight loss and a sedentary lifestyle). I keep a water bottle at my desk during the day and then have another one I keep with me in the evenings. I also try to drink a full glass of water before I eat. I find it helps me feel full sooner... Cheers, Alsison
