I weigh in every day, I Know that I lose about a couple pounds every 2-3 days so I know that if I dont see the scale move one morning its not a big deal. I find that hot liquids make you feel full for quite some time. I completly agree lol. Reading through these comments thats what I was thinking the whole time. I mean even if running isnt THE best exercise to help lose weight, it still burns cals, and works muscles in your legs in turn helping to burn even a little more fat. I kicked the soda habit by first going from regular sodas to diet sodas that have no sugar and no cals.
