Hello, I've been wanting to try the TDEE method but I'm a bit confused by the calculator posted. http://www.1percentedge.com/ifcalc/ If I don't do any workouts at all it says I will get to my goal weight faster then if I added workouts. I'm just a bit confused.

I must be doing it wrong then OP. I'm nearly 50 lbs down from where I started and my diet varies from the healthy to the moderated treats. I don't kill myself at the gym but I like to walk. I would love to see your diary, I want to see how it shows you overate and still lost a ton of weight,

Reading the comments on that site is alarming. People are asking for medical advice so they can start the diet. Should I take my medication with this diet? Is it okay? Really... So if someone dies because they tried this without medical advice and doctor's care and they die. Is that site now liable?

I just had one today and I was worried, but I went in with a plan to only eat two slices and have a little tea. I prelogged it all and was able to stay on track. Just go in with a plan and enjoy yourself.

Why not just ask your doctor instead of looking things up on the internet and saying it may be that? Sugar in moderation is fine, most things in moderation is fine. If you're in pain go see your doctor.

I finally went to a therapist for my bingeing and purging and she has helped me immensely. There was no way to move beyond it until I figured out the why. And yes I really want to still do it. My only experience and the one I like is the Vitamin Shoppe Next Step fit and full french Vanilla meal replacement shake. I like to mix it with dark green and a little fruit and that's breakfast for me and a way to get my darker greens since I tend to not eat them regularly.
