Use Runkeeper on your phone. It syncs all your data automatically with MFP. I have been using them both every day for the last three years and they are both superb allies to the battle of the bulge!

Best thing ever is sugar free jelly. I add frozen berries, lemon juice and sweetener. It's about 20 calories a serving like this and yummy. Lst 27lbs in 10 weeks so it must be helping! Good luck. :happy:
