the flex 2 is for swimming, thats why I got one and fitbit specifically say CAN BE WORN FOR SWIMMING. I got mine in feb and have found step count and swim track to be pretty accurate. you will need to go in to the advanced settings and set the pool length to get a proper swim track

Iv never understood it, clean is part of life not a workout. And like Iv said on posts before is cleaning and putting washing away was a great calorie burner with 5 kids a husband and 2 dogs to run around after and sort washing for Id be under weight :D

at the leisure centre I use they have aqua fit and aqua attack. aqua fit = for older, unfit, beginners, there is a massive age range in this group (18 - 80) aqua attack = aggressive, for fitter people, this group seems to be more ages 18- 45

2days after Iv taken my last pill in the strip I start gaining lbs, by the day I actually come on I can be up anything from 4 - 10lbs :o by day 4 most of that has dropped off again and by day 6 its all gone. bar code scanner? so you would scan first then the scale knows what you are weighing with a built in list of things like fruit and veg that sometimes people dont buy in packets with a code to scan? Im gonna sugest this to the husband so he can go on dragons den :D

Im so happy to hear that! Iv always had plenty of veg but tend to just have the odd bit of fruit here and there, but seeing as its summer and there are loads of great fruit on offer when i go shopping I thought id up my intake. really didnt expect such a dramatic reaction though lol
