  • I dont think you need a cheat day ..I just dont deny myself everything....I do my best to stay in calorie goal ..so if that means i have to do a extra workout , i do it ... You should be able to enjoy yourself without busting your goal... I just weigh my desires if i really want that extra piece of chicken or that dessert…
