  • I used to workout in my room when I lived at home, which basically gave me enough space for some dumbbells with interchangeable plates and a tv. I followed the Beachbody workouts.

  • I do eat carbs as well, grains and vegetables. I never get bloated from those, and I consume quite a bit. I will definitely cut it out for a few days, and see if that helps. My guess is it will.
