Today's my last day of Brazil Butt Lift! Can't wait to start Turbo Fire on Saturday. I did get to try out HIIT 15 in place of Cardio Axe yesterday. I was really suprised how much I was sweating in just 15 minutes! Nice, short workout.

I buy the Jennie-O turkey burger patties and will cook them for dinner and take the leftovers for lunch the next day. Just pop the patty in the microwave and slap it on a whole wheat bun. I do recommend putting seasoning of some kind on the patties before cooking them though. Makes em much better.

I would agree there is a difference, but not a huge one. At least, there wasn't in my experience. I did use the pullup bar for P90X, but I've also used the bands previously. If it wasn't a viable option, Tony would not show it as one in the P90X videos, imo.

It is definitely not for beginning exercisers! When I started Insanity, I had been working out consistently for 2 years (including a round of Slim in 6, P90, 2 rounds of P90X, a round of P90X+, and a round of ChaLEAN Extreme). You could forgot the pullup bar and get a door attachment for resistance bands. They work the same muscles as doing the pullups, you just pull the bands down rather than pulling your body up.

I love stuffed bell peppers. I use my crockpot to make them though. I mix up the filling (without cooking it...I use either extra lean ground beef or turkey with brown rice for the bulk of the filling), stuff the raw peppers, and set them in the crockpot and cook on low 8-10 hours. They come out perfect.

I love eatbetteramerica.com! I've tried the sausage stuffed shells, chicken tortilla casserole, and the mexican skillet dinner from the healthified recipes and all have been good!

Glad to know I'm not the only one with this issue! I recently bought a pair of Rerock jeans from Express and they are the first pair that I have not had this issue with. They do loosen up a tiny bit, but not near as much as all my other jeans.

Fage greek yogurt! Both the 0% fat (90 calories per serving) and the 2% fat (130 calories per serving) are creamy and delicious. I add a little agave nectar to them since they aren't flavored. Yum!
