Btw the little machine you hold out in front of you said I was 19.5 % body fat.

About 5 months in so yes. At first I ate, then I did IIFYM, then I binged because of the ability to fit in my fave foods (I took it too far), then I did intuitive eating, then I binged again, and then I figured I was missing something so I gave up on everything and just hired a trainer. I'm currently reading the links…

Would my I told him I want to gain muscle mass. So I have to eat 6 times a day (4oz of protein at least at each meal) and carbs + veggies. (I asked him why veggies were not in the carbs section but again, a lot of science in his amswer). I can have veggies all day long (sarcastic yay) but complex carbs only the time before…

He said I can have simple carbs only immediately after the workout if I trained hard enough (weightlifting) but complex carbs was a nono. But if I workout in the morning then no carbs all day?? That can't be right.. he did explain it but there's so much science that goes into it that it went all over my head.

I usually always do. Except I used up almost all my car macros with my early snacks. Yesterday was a really bad day. I usually have 4oz of veggies and some brown rice with my lunch and dinner meals. I don't know what's wrong with me. I just know I don't want to quit

Besides the donut and m&m and veggies/fruits, it was all after I dinner. It got really bad

Doing recomp btw. I obviously could never do a cut. I don't have the will power. Lol

The thing is... I have been doing this!! For months with no problem!!! But just recently I've been struggling a lot. I haven't been doing it for long though (4 months) so I'm hoping it's just a phase? I mean I've had bad days before but never bad weeks. I'm desperate y'all. I really feel like I'm on the verge of giving up.

"Junk food". Idk what else to call it. I just want carbbbbbssss all the time. But like, not from fruits and veggies.
-
Won't I lose the butt I gained in the second cut though?

Drink at least two liters everyday. Reason: To stay hydrated Because my body likes it

I eat at a maintenance (but still am at a deficit by 100 or so cals) I lift heavy (low reps rather than high reps) I do no cardio (well, sometimes if I'm motivated enough but it's rare) I'm losing inches, looking great, and the scale has yet to move. Not saying this is how it will be for you. If you have fat to shed then…

And this is what I will do. Thanks y'all!! :)

I don't rely on my motivation. I can be motivated for a full minute and feel lazy the next. What makes me go to the gym and eat the way I do is determination. So even when you don't fee like going, still go. You'll thank yourself a few months from now if you are consistent. As far as workouts go you really have to find…

And it's something I will now look into so thank you for saying something.

Since starting my lifting journey, I really haven't thought about it. My main focus has been my arms + abs. I think it's too early to see any difference in my body other than maybe a smaller belly. Too much fat to see gains. However, now that it is on my mind I'd like to starting adding exercises now rather than later. Why…

I only get sore if I do something different.

My gym has a daycare. I make sure to go when the daycare is open. Eating is all me. I choose to eat a healthy balanced diet daily. If you're gym does not have a daycare and you have no other options for childcare, find some great at home workouts (there's a bunch online) and do that while the kiddos sleep. Make it one of…

"What's the benefit of cardio?" There is none. Kidding. I'm sure there is. I just don't care for it anymore and I can see results without running for hours each week. The most I do is 10 minutes of HIIT before my workout as a warm up.

Same.

It took me about 1 month to really understand IIFYM/Flexible dieting. I couldn't possibly type up everything I know but my advice to you is to keep researching and keep asking questions. Look up videos on YouTube and search the hashtag on Instagram (better yet, follow them and see how they manage IIFYM.) Once you get the…

Soda. So gross.

I just buy the mix and add water.

I just drink lots of water.

I get some stares too. At first they bothered me but after a while my fat bothered me more. No one starts off looking like a body builder. Everyone has their first day at the gym. If I can tell someone is a newbie, I'm cheering them on in my head. I don't think I've ever judged them for trying to better their lives through…

I don't believe I have a health problem. I usually start off strong but by the end of my workout I'm either too tired to finish the last 1-2 exercises or if I try them I can't go as heavy as I would had I not just done 8 other exercises. I hope that makes sense. This is where I got my last workout plan:…

Definitely checking this one out. I've heard of bodybuilding.com but those usually want me to do many workouts for one part of the body and I get worn out easily.
-
I don't like full body workouts. But thank you.

LOVE this and will start telling myself this everyday.
