Hi, as a vegetarian i had same issues at first. eggs and seeds (I don't know if nut allergies apply to this) provide healthy fat - fat without massive calories, salt or sugar. Both are high in protein and various vitamins too!! Good luck

Hey there, With meat being so expensive (especially good healthy cuts) I'd consider quorn as a low fat, cheap and fast to cook alternative. It mostly tastes simalar (avoid the chicken escalopes) and has a lot of health benefits just watch the salt :) becoming a vegetarian lost me a stone and half and is far cheaper for me…

I can totally relate! My whole life my purple shiny face seemed to beam through given any opportunity, when working out or embarrassed or just basically as soon as i moved or felt any emotion of any kind haha. It doesn't really go away but I've learned to accept it now I almost feel proud of it as it shows i put effort in.…

A large fries has more calories and fat than the most unhealthy burger on the menu usually, skip the meal deals and just get a main item + water.Fizzy drinks soon add up and i often overlook these calories. Don't completely cut it out but keep it to once a week maximum and maybe up the exercise if you do really go for it…

Try doing the free videos on youtube a few times and see if you find it as motivating, I do bodycombat at gym but use these videos too - still do the full work out but I wouldn't say as full on as in class. If you enjoy it theirs no reason it wouldn't work :)

If someone is that much of an idiot they shout that at people with no consideration then you should consider their opinion the opposite of the truth, don't concern yourself with the opinion of such detritus. Keep going and don't let it affect your motivation, imagine how amazing you'll feel walking past them at your target…
