Try exersizes that improve the surrounding muscles, like Biking or Squats. That will help build endurance for the ones primaraly used for running as they have better backup support.

I would say that maintaining a high blood sugar is bad. And the naturaly occuring chemicals found in grains tend to cause alot of problems for people. Also, yeah, a calorie in is not a calorie out. Your body doesnt do the same thing with protien or fat as it does with sugar.

lol, if you have to ask...

I think they all make good points that should be considered. No single one of them has every correct detail. But they do have solid ideas, and I like how they don't atempt to hide information.

Who made them boss of your tracker?

I say avoid all supliments, eat foods that fit your desired nutritional profile
-
I'd like to think this falls under "do as I say and not as I do" I like the breakdowns in his posts. I agree with alot of what he says, and I avoid his supliments. Actually I avoid all supliments. If I need a nutrient I find a real food that fits that nutrition profile. I suppose if you consider how he promotes 80% primal…

I would definately go with eat if you feel hungry, but I still stray away from eating "bad". You can eat "bad" and be thin, but you may not be healthy.

I started low carb, but migrated to eating primal, very akin to Atkins but focusing around eating real food, so that "low-carb" processed bar doesn't make it to my plate. I've been doing it for over a year now with amazing results, I also have a background in biochemistry so feel free to ask me anything.
-
From my experience, I'd say the cause for what you are experiencing is due to lack of protein and fat in your diet.
-
I am following something akin to the primal diet, I eat meat every meal of every day. Bacon, ground beef, steaks, ribs, you name it. However I order my meat from a farm I trust. Organic, free range and grass fed.

In some people, extra carbs may not make you fat, but they still change the form of LDL to be more susceptible to oxidation which in turn makes you more at risk for heart disease.

From what I've read, It seems to me that many fruits have been bread by farmers to be sweeter and juicer than they were originally. I tend to only eat pitted fruits and berries on occasion because of this.

I check the label of everything and simply try to avoid things with sugar and chemicals. In my eyes Stevia>Sucralose>Apartame>Sugar and all its forms. This works best for me, and it's what most of the research I've read has brought me to believe.

Indeed

A good amount seems to be somewhere between 25 and 35 grams. Too much fiber tends to cause what I would call "digestive distress" :p
-
lol, that could be it

My girlfriend does this :p I don't know why but I think I like it

I never understood the thrill people seem to get from doing as you explain, it is childish.

That is interesting to point out. I wonder what chemical reaction caused it. It's definitely true that everything has the potential to adversely affect someone.
-
According to what I've read and believe, weight gain and weight loss are more a matter of hormones than the number of calories you consume.
-
I like Truvia too, it's a blend of stevia and sugar alcohol that works when the bitter aftertaste of pure Stevia cant be covered
-
I haven't read anything that actually indicates they cause cancer, but I agree in that the natural sweetener Stevia should be preferred. In my eyes, Stevia>sugar alcohol>sucralose>aspartame>sugar
-
Yeah, I agree.

I think you should be fine, but I wouldn't recommend doing it on purpose to try to binge later. If you aren't hungry don't eat, but try not to starve yourself because you want to eat more later.

I love how instead of having an intelligent conversation, you simply wish to mock. Fine, mock away. Based on your responses of mockery rather than intelligence I do not wish to be involved with you.
