HI Andrea! how is everything going this week? I hope your motivations continuing strong. Mine is strong too. I am in the same situation than you, I am back again. Something that helps me, is to write down every single meal that I eat. that keeps me motivated for the day.

I put lemon drops and that helps with the strong taste of celery or kale. What is your favor juice?

I had my first day juicing, and it was a successful day!. I'm happy that I can try different combinations of vegetables and fruits and they are delicious!

Today I did for breakfast 2 apple, 3 carrots, and 2 celery stalks. Delicius!!!!

I saw the movie fat sick and nearly dead and it gave me tons of motivation for chanching my diet. I'm trying 15 days. Today is my first day and I did Apple Celery Juice for breakfast. 2 apples, 3 carrots and 2 celery stalks. Delicious!!!!

I lost 2 1/2 pounds. I'm really happy that I ate under my cal goal every day, I drank my water every day, and I did excercise 4 times a week. It was a good 2 weeks!!!

I want a postcard from Lancashire, ENGLAND….. so here are my goals 1. Drink 4 glasses (or more) of water a day. 2. Meet my calorie goals for the day. 3. Work out 4 days a week 4. Lose at least 3 pounds in the next 2 weeks!! My starting weight for this challenge is 164

Happy Wednesday! I want to report that I lost 2 more lbs this week. Also I ran 5k last Sunday in 42 minutes. I am really proud that I'm making progress. Lu, you should be happy with 1lb. I have a terrible slow metabolism and I do everything to lose 1 lb per week. I used to run 8 miles per day, eat extremely good…..and still I didn’t lose 1lb per week. So, 1 lb today, 1 lb next week…..in 2 months you will be almost 10 lbs less what you are today. So continuing being good.…
