Well done! Your transformation is amazing.
-
I want to lose another 15 lbs for a nice family Christmas pic.
-
I've been trying to lose the last 10 lbs forever it seems. Motivation is on zero right now.
-
You can continue having your monologue with out me. My California King is calling me. Goodnight ma'am or Sir.
-
I think you did a pretty fine job keeping the lurkers aware. *Softly Pats Your Back*
-
Lol
-
You do whatever works for you. And I'll do whatever works for me. At the end of the day, it's how we see ourselves and what gives us the motivation to continue towards progress that really matters.
-
Yeees!! And I so love Kim K, I mean who doesn't?
-
I actually tried the product so...
-
I just ordered some new workout sneakers! I'm ready to get my lift on. I'm about 8lbs from maintenance so I'm very excited to get nice and toned. And yes I will be wearing my workout waist trainer...just like the one Kim K sports!!:-)
-
The only reason I say this is because I was quoted by several members on various post who all claim, waist trainers merely push fat into other areas and dehydrate the abdominal area thus producing the effects of inches loss.
-
Believe me you will definitely see results!
-
I'm not really into the back and forth. Good luck on your weight loss/gain Journey and enjoy the remainder of your night.
-
You don't have to approve. I'm intitled to give my personal experience. It's not nice to be supercritical of others comments because you don't agree with it.
-
My waist trainer did a great job slimming my mid section. Whether it dehydrated the area or pushed fat in other areas I'm very happy with the results.
-
When did it become ok to bully people because they don't agree with something you are saying? My goodness, you have spent so much time and energy trying to get your point across. Just let it go. Op is happy with her progress and that's really all that matters. It's how we perceive ourselves not others.
-
My biggest problem is I'm trying to eat clean but my husband and kiddos are junk food crazy. It's so tempting not to nibble when your two year old is constantly asking for a cookie.
-
I have my waist trainer on right now, I got it from 1800-Cinchers. They definitely work. I've worn mines everyday for 8hrs for the last 3 months and already lost 3 inches.
-
Day 4 over and done with. If it weren't for this challenge I probably wouldn't have logged as truthful as I have been. Went a little over my calories a few days, but it's ok because I was under by a bit the first two days. Excited for a new day. Day 5, lets go!
-
I'm 15lbs away from my goal. It's really hard to get motivated because some days I think I look great at the weight that I'm at, other days not so much. Time to get motivated.
-
Perfect, count me in!
-
I don't know what a stone is but I would like to lose the 14 lbs I gained back from over eating through out the summer, before Xmas.
-
Just checking my ticker here....
-
Some people are just so dispicable! Keep going at it, use it as your motivation.
-
If I do 60 min cardio I eat back half. If I do 30 I don't eat back any and it works for me.
-
Well you definitely inspired me! My youngest is 7 months and his irish twin is 11 months older than he. Thank you for making this post!
-
Hi, I have a 7 month old and like you I had no idea how to lose weight while nursing. My goal intake is 1350 daily. I add 300 to that goal because my baby is eating solids now so I'm not breastfeeding as much. That allows me 1650 daily to achieve a 2lb weight loss each week. Just type in breastfeeding in the add food…

I thought this was a support group??? You need to keep calm. Let all try to be a little more positive.
