I tend to sabotage myself during the week. I am home with the kids, doing chores, running errands, taking kids to the pool with all of those carb loaded snacks in tow! When I do finally sit down for a meal, I eat what I prepare but, those snack items scream out at me!! I bought lower carb, higher protein bars for myself…
