I am a weekly planner, but I have a husband and 2 kids to plan for as well. I find, as others have stated, that going to the grocery store only once a week keeps spending down. Try them both and see which one you like the best!

Coffee is my new best friend! When I get to craving something sweet to eat, I brew a pot of Hazzelnut coffee. Only 5 calories and I am a happy camper. :drinker:

I did it... I was not impressed. I will not be doing it again. It wasn't impossible to do but like what had already been said... I don't think it is necessary unless you are sick or toxic or have some other medical reason other than just to "detox" Good luck with whatever you decide!

Because when I did this a month ago I was not seeing much success on the scales. So I am thinking that I am eating too much. I've heard that diet is 80% of weight loss, with exercise and genetics being the other 20%

I am! I love doing both! I get the personal attention that I need from the WW meetings as well as all kinds of support and information during the week from MFP. I think the 2 complement each other well!

Make sure you are drinking a ton of water! (2 -3 liters a day) and if you are drinking soda (even diet) then stop it! I don't know how, but if affects your weight loss. My diet was HORRIBLE before! I probably have/ had more preservatives floating around in my body than a McDonald's french fry! I was also thinking my body is throwing some sort of fit from this new found way of eating. Thanks for the imput, everybody.
