I recently started taking a Zumba class, very high intensity latin dance workout. I just don't know how to count this for exercise calories burned. it is an hour class and it is now stop work out. Any suggestions? :

:smile: I also have about 120 lb to lose so you are not alone. Just have to stay motivated. It is hard especially if you look at the long picture. I know that if you look at smaller goals it makes it much easier. WE can do this!!!
