  • Yesterday was a 20 minute walk at lunch, then a walk/jog for my C25K routine. Walked to a local restaurant with a neighbor afterwards. Today is the first day of restarting my strength training, and probably a walk after work with my daughter / stroller. :-)
  • I'm In! I just saw the challenge, but today will be my 2nd workout of the week (run), so it'll will be good motivation to finally restart my strength training, filling in Thursday and Saturday with Friday being a run. Yay for motivation!
