  • I'm not sure if you configured the app properly because 4,865cal is a lot to be allowed to eat. You should recheck what you input into the app in terms of your weight, height, and goal. Maybe you accidentally hit a wrong number
  • I was so worried about my iron and calcium intake after reading this topic. I looked up foods that I can eat but it seems like I would have to eat a lot of food, which means lots more calories, just to reach 100%.
