I love pumpking in my oatmeal. I cook a packet of regular oats, then stir in 1/2 cup canned pumpkin, 1 tsp brown sugar, 1 TBSP chopped walnuts and sprinkle with cinnamon. 220 calories, 6 grams fiber.
