Hi. I rarely weigh myself but as of today, have lost 17.5 inches since I started 2 months ago. It's doable and I prefer to measure and dress myself to see results then to depend on what the scale says. I try weighing in once in a while but never daily. In 2 months, I'm down 13 lbs but the inches loss means much more to me…

Hi! I do not weigh that often and decided on measuring every 2 weeks. I've lost 11 inches so far. Although I like to see the lbs lost, I prefer the inches method since I'm also lifting weights and I depend on how my clothes fit. I'm thinking measuring too often could be confusing based on what you've eaten that might have…

that is the best thing you can do :smile: during my circuit days, I will do however many lifting exercises I need to do and during my breaks in between sets I will do some squats. depending on what I am doing depends on how many squats I do. if I'm focusing on upper body, its easier for me to get a lot of squats in oppose…

Got mine in!!! I woke up later than usual so I had a protein drink and some fruit. Then had toast with eggs and cheese for lunch. I've got a decent allowance of 700 calories for dinner and another snack. :noway: Enjoy your weekend !!! :smile: :happy:
