My workouts is workouts I find on youtube. I plan on doing fitnessblender, Pilates and this one workout I found that really helps burn off fat!

I'm logging everything, watching what I eat, avoid sweets at all costs and I'm dong workouts I find online, such as fitnessblender. Also, I'm going to try to avoid anything with "high fructose corn syrup" or anything with artificial chemicals because that can cause your body to store more fat.

audrast... Oh yeah...that's what I did. I just wanted to know if there was another way to add full workouts without creating it on your own.

Ever heard of fitnessblender? It was a cardio workout that was about 36 mins long. I was sweating and breathing heavy by the end of it...that's all I know. Yeah they had squats but they had other exercises too such as burpees, jogging, bicycles and other exercises like that. (There's no way I could name them all.)

They gave me the calorie burn...I just wasn't sure how to add it. It didn't come up when I searched for it under cardio exercises, so I just added it myself.

Well it was a fitnessblender workout so they had a whole thing of exercises that I don't feel like looking up. But yeah it was basically a cardio/fat burning workout that burned between 185-somewhere around 300 calories.
