I have the same problem. I'm working on my mental and my time management. I do better when I'm prepared to eat better and plan ahead. Its all mental. I keep telling myself nothing taste as good as healthy looks. that wore off last year but now I'm on a my body is a temple and I want it to be beautiful inside and out.
