  • Great job :D :D I did Day 1 of Week 3 last night, I have to say that it felt amazing. I think I may jog at afternoon/night from now on, my allergies seem so much worse in the morning!

  • I think baby steps are great because they go into the right direction! I too have MFP on my phone and its so convient. For example if Im trying to figure what to eat, I grab my phone and search it! But good job on deciding to become a healthier you! I kno you can do it! God bless!
  • I have some extra today and even with my cookie and milk it still doesnt even out to 1200. Im going to have some edamame. Actually that included is still under 1200. hmph I cant win.
