Right now since I fell of the wagon Im rewarding myself every week to get motivated! Usually I motivate myself with things to better my appearence that will in turn boost my confidence =D Ie: Tanning, nails, clothes... I usually reward myself if I stay under calories. Never reward with food though =D Good luck!

I am in love with hip hop hustle!!! I love the attitude it takes to work it out =D I love it so much, that I wanted to always guarentee that it would be where I am so Im now certified to teach it!!! def try it! See if a local gym offers it!

You can do it!!! I ran my first 5k in march and love running now!!! Before I couldnt even run for 60 seconds straight. Prepare your muscles and prepare your mind!!! Good luck!

HAHAHA I shop at the commisary and these are NEVER in stock. They are good though =] Everyone in my town must be on a diet! Oh and try the chocolate vitatops you can find them in the freezer section. It looks like a big round cookie, packs a yummy chocolate taste and its only 100 calories!
