Hey, I'm from Melbourne. Just found this site last night while looking for tips so I'm hoping to give it a shot. My goal is either 80Kgs or less, but to start I'm aiming halfways, so about 96Kgs. Hope we can help each other out :)

My weight loss is always annoying, in the fact that I lose it from the face first. But I'd say maybe 5Kg? People usually comment after I slug out the gym for two weeks, or play DDR for weeks. I think it depends on what sort of social life you have as well, on how soon people notice.
