I would love to get into Palliative care. I work as a night team leader in a residential home for folks with dementia....ranging in ages from 54 onwards.

I have loved living over here but must say would have been a bit lost without my fantastic hubby beside me. We are planning to move back to the U.S. in about 5 years to be nearer my 4 grown sons.
