Interesting- mine looks more like the second picture and my doctor tells me it is definitely lose skin. I think skin thickness varies in different parts of the body

Walking has been the mainstay of my weight loss - all I really did for the first 5months or more and I lost a heap of weight doing it. Do it often and as fast as you can and it will make a difference- guaranteed!

No way - and I am the proof! I am 56 and from April last year until early May this year I lost 97lbs and have maintained my weight since then. There is no excuse to not get in there right now and make your life more healthy. I am nothing special - so you certainly can manage it! Go for it - start now!!!
