I understand I felt like that too! But the all or nothing mindset leads to failure. Focus on what you did good other than what you didn,t do good! If your obsessing than tal;k to a professional.

If you feel okay doing that, your not starving yourself,it doesn't cause you to binge,and you still get an appropriate number of calories at the end of the day! Than it's okay!

Carbs don't matter too much for weight loss! But they can make you hungrier and less hungry. Because of blood sugar. So eat whatever works for you! And continue with the exercise, keep doing what your doing cuz it sounds good. And eat the number of calories according to your TDEE. And I wouldn't eat back the exercise…

I gained 5 pounds in 2 weeks by not logging and eating whatever I wanted last July! Now I am starting over and gonna lose these 15 pounds! Oh and I'd do what fashionalgal says!
