I think I've decided that July 15 is my rest day. I feel like I may have gone a lil too hard on the ankles/shoulders the past few days and I soo don't want to injure myself before tomorrow. I'm going to kill triple days tomorrow if it kils me!haha :)

Yaya - I know it might not seem like much, but I do believe that I have met the 1/2 way mark on my goal and it's only the 14! Yaaay. I am up to 20.38 miles from swimming and elliptical. I am so happy with myself. :)

Bump - I so want to know! Haha I know you can't just focus on one spot since fat is all 1 membrane and you have to do cardio and such. But this is soo drivin' me insane in the membrane.

Okay, so I got home WAAAYYYYY Late last night (1am pst) so I did not log on. But I did 50 mins swimming (sorry I didn't do mre) and burned 661 Cal for Tues 7-12-11 which is 13.22 mi Sooooo if it's doubled than that is 1322 cal which is 26.44 mi
