I'm sure you can use any applesauce you want so long as it is unsweetened. I just use the baby food stuff because I have a lot of it around since my daughter decided she likes "real" food better lol.

according to the database, as well as the nutritional info on the package of Great Value all purpose flour, 2 tablespoons of flour is 50 calories.

I actually just scour the internet for recipes that sound yummy, and then I alter them to fit my tastes and be low calorie. and sometimes I just use recipes I find to give me inspiration, and I create the recipes all on my own. I'm finding I really love creating new and yummy foods! who knew?!

when people "bump" a post it is just to either put it in their topics so they can come back to it later or to move it to the top of the recent posts.

Okay, so I made these myself tonight. I forgot the whole egg in the pancakes, and they turned out just fine. So I guess there's a few more calories eliminated there (this made the pancakes 44 calories each instead of 50). As for the filling, I used 1 3/4 oz. dried ****ake mushrooms (rehydrated), added 1/4 cup part…

Hi there and welcome! I too suffer from PCOS, so I completely feel your pain there. I was diagnosed 2 years ago, and it definitely makes losing weight more difficult. But we CAN do it. And I'd love to help support you along the way if you'd like to friend me.

Thanks. We want to make our own though, not buy it if possible.
