oh this could be good! hubs just made me an entire corny keg of carbonated hard cherry limeade... at only 52 calories per 8 oz. glass! good times ahead I say!

glad you are all excited to try it out! it really is a delicious dessert!

if you cook it until a toothpick comes out of the cake part clean (only 2 minutes in my microwave) it is nearly the same consistency as a cobbler baked in the oven.

you know I'd love to join a group if you start one or find one! I'm just doing the 3 week program right now, but I almost always add in an extra workout simply because I love it so much. and I have the PS3 version, and it comes with 3 sensors. the HRM sensor on the left arm, a sensor for the right arm, and the leg sensor.…

I see a major difference! you are doing so great! and I completely relate to the whole "stuck" thing because I also am sitting at 34 pounds lost and feel like I'm not getting anywhere either. even though the measuring tape keeps showing me smaller and smaller numbers. it's just not the same as that blasted scale showing…

I just had to laugh at myself because when I saw the title of your post I immediately thought it was going to be from someone who lived in my tiny little hometown... Salmon, Idaho. so I clicked on it to see if I knew you. that being said, I am a sucker (haha, fish pun intended) for the simple garlic and butter on…

I stop mine as soon as my workout is done. I figure if I actually burn a few more calories than I am logging that's okay. I would rather log under my actual calorie burn than over.

love it!

I just completed day 6 of level 1 today. but I would love to carry on with you along the way. I'm going to be missing about 4 days over the holiday, so that should put me close to where you'll be when I get back to it.

I have PCOS and was having trouble losing weight and conceiving. my doctor put me on birth control for a few months to regulate my cycle and Metformin to help control the PCOS. I managed to lose about 15 pounds after taking the meds, and within a month and a half of ending the birth control I was pregnant. I continued with…

I have a 32 oz. mug with a lid and straw that I got from the hospital when I had my baby, and I drink my water out of that. I've found that drinking water through a straw is much easier for me than just drinking it from a cup. and I end up filling the mug 4 to 5 times throughout the day and get plenty of water.
