I eat less the next day, I rarely overeat to such an extent that I can't make it up in one day, but if I do I just keep cutting calories until I've made up the difference. I only weigh myself once a week so as long as I've evened it out before my weigh in day I'm happy.

Basically, yeah. Stick within your calorie and macro limits and you should be fine. I have lost over 80lbs with a far from perfect diet because I'm a fussy sod, but I've still managed to lose a lot of weight just be being honest with what I eat and logging everything, that way even when I'm eating something like pizza I…

I lost 80lbs in a year, so you can too! Just think this time next year you'll be done if you stick with it. Be honest with yourself, log everything you eat and drink (be accurate, and buy some digital food scales) and you'll be golden.

£10 on a food scale, £12 on a bathroom scale. 80lbs for £22 was a good deal.

A ball of tape, which doesn't sound that impressive :D

If I really fancy something I have it, simple as that. I do my best to fit it into my calorie budget which is usually possible with some planning. The other day I wanted apple pie and custard, so I had it and I didn't go over my calories, I was just hungrier than usual as it had no nutritional value and had to eat less…

I drink a 2L bottle every day, I pretty much only drink water at this point.

I think I'll drop to 0.5TBS and add it all.
-
I was thinking of maybe adding half of the total amount? But I don't know.

For a couple of months I just kept losing and gaining the same few lbs. I was losing weight consistently for about 9 months through calorie counting alone and I haven't changed my food routine. I dunno, maybe I'm eating too much, but 1800 already feels quite low as a 6ft 3" man. I could probably go down to 1700 if it would…

Yeah I do, and I don't even eat back the exercise calories so I should be well under my limit. I read it could be because of inflammation? My body has been super sore since I started since I went from laying on the couch all day to jumping around my living room like a mad man :D

So much this, I suffer terribly with my coccyx now that I've lost a lot of weight, sitting down for even 10 minutes becomes very pain. I'm hoping one day it'll get better, the pysio at the hospital has me doing all sorts of exercises and stretches.

Unless you're losing weight for yourself you won't succeed.

I'm a man, so if I am pregnant I'm about to make serious money from a reality TV show :)

My rubbish day continues, every 3 months I take photos and usually I notice a big difference but not this time, I've lost 13lbs in that time but I honestly can't see a difference at all, so where that 13lbs came off from I don't know. I'm not really ready to throw a party for my thin wrists! I haven't felt this deflated in…

Big confession time. I caved and had my favourite takeaway yesterday, a big, fat greasy pizza and garlic bread from my local. My first one in about 6 months, but still feel super guilty. I didn't eat for the rest of the day to try and compensate a little.
-
It was more the fact I had gained 0.5" in two months instead of losing my usual 1 - 2" inches while still losing weight. I still have a gut and I hate it, it seems like no matter how much I lose none of the fat will come from there :D

I bought two bags of Haribo Tangfastic today, they were always my favourite sweets and I've been craving them recently. Instead of eating them all in one go like I used to I've portioned the two bags into 8 mini bags, so I can have a little taste every day without going over my calories.

Every day, I wasted my youth being obese and miserable, plus my skin has no bounce left in it so I'm stuck with that as punishment for my greed.
-
I'm about 9 months in and I'm on schedule to lose the 6 stone I wanted to within a year. I look so much better, can do more and generally feel better about myself. I've always been depressed and lonely due to my weight, but hopefully that'll change soon. When I look back I was a fool, I lost out on so much of my youth…

Gaining the weight back scares the life out of me.

One more as an early wedding present Now my stomach is growling :(

I make pizza every week, it was the one thing I wouldn't give up. I've been perfecting my recipes and technique for over a year now. Bonus calzone

Set your goals on the site and eat the calories you're told while staying within your macros, it's really that simple. There no trick to weight loss, just hard work and determination.
-
350 breakfast 350 lunch 800 dinner 450 snacks I enjoy eating still, especially at night so I save snack calories for then.
-
I looked pregnant when I started, but being a man no one assumed I was expecting, they just assumed I liked cake.
-
I had the same thing but after adding flaked almonds to my breakfast every morning it really helped.
-
I've lost 70lbs by calorie counting with virtually no exercise. I eat whatever I want, just a lot less than I used to. I've had great success just sticking to my calories and macros without depriving myself of the things I love, like my homemade pizza.

"Monitor Your Weight" for Android. I just put my new target in and I'm on track to get my new goal within my year budget.

I remember when I started I was too heavy for a treadmill unless it was some £500 gym grade one, I'm finally at the point I can buy a regular one without breaking it so I've been thinking about getting one as well.
