I was really ill for a week and lost 9lbs while basically being bed ridden and ever since I've been unable to lose weight, I even gained this week. I hope my body readjusts soon.

It's funny how that works, I am the same way. When I look at myself in the mirror I don't see a big change, I still see the fat bloke I've always been but when I compare my before pictures to my current ones it's a massive difference, I still have a way to go but I look very different to 7 months ago (less round :D).

I haven't exercised in months and I'm currently 56lbs down. I steadily lose around 2 - 3lbs a week just by eating eating the calories MFP tells me to for 2lbs/week and staying within my macros. If you're really honest with what you eat and weigh everything you can definitely lose weight without exercise.

I tried Slim Fast, it's rubbish. I was always hungry and moody. It's better to just weigh your food and log your calories, dieting became a lot easier when I realized I could eat whatever I want as long as I stay within my macros.

I weigh myself once a week, I think that's fine. Losing weight is a great motivator to continue. I do measurements once a month.

I've been nibbling way more than usual lately, I dunno what it is. When I got my digital scales I thought they were off as I was 5lbs heavier on them but it turns out they were accurate and my old ones weren't. I tested them by weighing 4 bottles of water which I knew the weight of.

I exercised the first 5 months but I haven't the past 2 months, I just got sick of it. It hasn't affected my weight loss but I'm a lot less stressed out.

That's what I did, I had enough spare calories for a few biccies and I put the rest away in a different room, on a different floor :D

I had a pizza from my favourite local takeaway over Christmas and it tasted amazing, honestly the best pizza I'd ever had but the next day I felt gross, so I still love the taste but not the feeling afterwards and I think that feeling is enough to stop me from eating like that too often.

Nope, I'm currently at 1690 per day and that's just about enough, but I could eat way more than that. I started at over 2100 way back when.

My back, I suffer with a lot of pain and figured it was due to my weight but I'm nearly 60lbs down with little to no improvement. Other than that the usual, being lonely and unhappy sucks.

He doesn't want you to get more attractive and leave him, it's a pretty common reaction. Unless he wants to improve himself also you'll probably end up apart.

I'm beginning to understand this, I'm feeling really weak and faint right now. When I think what I've eaten today it's no wonder but when your throat is red raw the last thing on your mind is eating.

England here, started at 21.3 stone, currently at 17.13 stone as of last Saturday. Still got a long way to go but I'll get there.

I always have my breakfast, lunch and dinner at set times, then I snack throughout the evening as that's when I'm most hungry.

For a few weeks I couldn't lose weight while doing nothing differently then I found out I wasn't eating enough, after actually eating my recommended calories instead of under eating by 300 - 400 every day I started losing weight again.

I used to go #2 maybe 2 - 4 times a day, and they were always.... loose. Since I've been losing weight I go maybe once every 2 days and they're usually rock solid. I just figured it's normal since I'm not eating so much grease.
