The food doesn't bother me so much as I count calories, I'm not on a diet so I can still eat a lot of the stuff I used to, just less of it. The issue I'm having now is I really can't be bothered to exercise, it's becoming a real chore and I'm definitely out of the honey money phase where I looked forward to it. Every day…

Probably my legs, they look and feel pretty strong. I'm about half way to my goal so I still need to lose a lot of weight before my problem areas start to look good (chest, belly etc).
-
Since starting T25 I've swapped from monthly to weekly (STATurday) and I prefer it, losing weight always motivates me to continue and a month was just too much of a gap.
-
Sure, I'll play, it's good motivation not to give up. - Not being able to buy clothes in a regular store - Having to pay 2x the price for "big and tall" clothes - Feeling self concious whenever you're outside - Having no confidence to find a partner, thus being lonely - Knowing people judge you instantly on your weight -…

T25 is great but I'm still on Alpha ATM, I guess Beta and Gamma will help more for toning.

If I had the money I'd do it in a heartbeat, but my £0 balance isn't going to allow that :D

I hope so, because right now it's horrible. It's the classic hanging, bat wings. I've seen progress pics of other men around my size and they didn't have anything like I do on their arms. I lost the 33lbs over about 4 months, and aim to lose the rest in about another 5 months. The problem for me is I was bigger than my…

Living a healthy lifestyle is preferred to yo-yo dieting only when you put on weight.

When I bought my new Stalter digital scales I weighed differently every time I stepped on them (seconds apart) until I attached the carpet feet and used them on very short carpet, now it's accurate every singe time. For some reason they really didn't like lino.

A man of your size shouldn't be eating 1000 and under calories in a day, you'll make yourself ill.
-
I'd think "Steve, what the hell are you doing? We both know you prefer Belgium Buns".
-
I did 10 Minute Trainer for 3 months and I've been doing T25 for 2 weeks, the later seems to be working much better so hopefully by the end of the 3 months things will be a little better on the skin front.
-
I kinda figured, but thought it couldn't hurt to try. £6 is a lot easier to find than £5000 for the skin removal surgery (just for arms).
-
Not there yet, but my clothes are getting pretty big on me now. I'm really looking forward to going out to a real shop to buy my clothes, instead of a "Big & Tall" website. I'll hold off for as long as possible as I can't afford to buy a new wardrobe twice.

I have always suffered with being hot, no matter the weather. Last year it was -5 outside and I had the windows open in my room, and shorts on. For the first time in about 15 years I actually felt cold recently, and I've only lost about 29lbs. I can't imagine what it'll feel like when I've lost another 50lbs. Summer has…

Full fat butter > low fat (tastes exactly the same) White bread > Wholemeal For me it was mainly portion size, I never knew how much I was overeating until I really sat down and thought about it, on average I'd say I was having 2 - 3 portions per evening meal, instead of the 1 I have now. At first I was hungry but now I'm…

The only chocolate I eat is Weight Watchers chocolate digestives, I have 2 a day and they're lovely. It keeps the choccy monster away.

That's why I love calorie counting, every day is a cheat day, if I want some pizza I work it in. The best thing I ever did was decide to calorie count instead of doing some fad diet I would have never stuck to.

I have chronic back pain, not being in pain all the time is my main motivation. But I won't say no to all the other benefits that come with being a healthy weight.
-
Congrats, obese is such a horrible word and I look forward to "just" being overweight. I recently went from obese II to obese I.
-
It's never accurate as I update monthly, I just ignore it. I use MFP to count calories and it does that perfectly.
-
I should probably note my pizzas are 11", so an 18" slice will be more than I estimated . When I started making pizza I was surprised just how many calories were in white flour, but I'd rather eat less than compromise on flavour by using a different flour.
-
I buy Weight Watchers Belgian chocolate digestives, while not milk chocolate they're very nice IMO, and only 102 calories for 2 biccies.
-
I make my own pizza every week, and for half a pizza it is 799 calories. Each half is about 3 New York style sized slices, so lets call it 266 calories per slice. That is with homemade tomato sauce, fresh tomato slices, green peppers, Italian seasoning and mozzarella cheese. The dough is by far the most calorific component…

108 sticks then, that's pretty amazing when you think about it. 184 sticks to go.
-
I was surprised how many calories were in a glass of skimmed milk, I used to drink it thinking it was a healthy alternative when I got bored of water but have since cut it out entirely, now I just drink 2 litres of water a day which does get a little boring but it's better than being obese.

Just wanted to let you know I lost 6lbs in my first week of T25 and I love it, it's SO HARD compared to TMT, every inch of my body hurts but it feels so good. I can't wait to do the full 3 month program.
-
I did 10 Minute Trainer which was really hard as first because I hadn't moved a muscle in 10 years but it just got too comfortable so I decided to bite the bullet and move up a gear to T25 and I'm so glad I did. My body hurts all over right now, I don't think there's an inch that isn't sore but it's only 5 days a week so I…

I count calories, and I've also cut out 99% of the stuff that made me fat (soda, crisps, sweets, chocolate, cakes etc). My portions are way smaller now, but they're plenty which tells me I was massively overeating without even realizing it. And I still get to eat my favourite food every week (homemade pizza) while being…
