I found some 60 calorie oat bran and flax seed pitas. They look kind of like a flat bread, I spray with cooking spray and heat in a 375 degree oven before topping to give it a little crisp. Add me! I have PCOS as well and have struggled with my weight throughout adulthood. I am tired of the yo-yo with my weight being up and down. I want it to go down and STAY DOWN!
