I love fresh tomatoes from the garden! They are very tasty with a little salt and pepper or with cottage cheese. Can't wait for my garden to produce! In the mean time, I will buy from the Farmer's Market.

I love it mixed with fresh diced tomato (especially when in season) and lots of cracked black pepper. I have friends who use salsa when the tomatoes aren't in season, tried it a couple of times and it's definitely not for me!

I found these pita flatbreads at Walmart in the bread aisle. They are made by Joseph's middle east bakery, made of oat and flax and are reduced in carbs.
