There is an option in the cardio section called "Strength training" I use this for my squats/deadlifts etc. although all of the exercise tracking is vague as everyone's heart rate is different doing these exercises so it;s not a definitive guide

Anything with a nice pace that suits your fav genre IMO, personally I listen to Slipknot, Avenged Sevenfold, Disturbed etc. while working out.

If you are doing so much running are you eating back all of your exercise calories? That might have something to do with it?

I think she meant she doubled her serving of peanuts and that tipped her over the 1200 calorie mark.

Personally I don;t have "cheat days" but there are days where I eat over my calories but I usually plan for that to happen by eating in a greater deficit throughout the week. I find it a little hilarious if girl rocked up at the gym looking like she was about to go out to a bar at night but that's just me, I honestly don't know if I pay enough attention to notice one way or another.

I exercise at night (24 hour gym) 6 days a week, motivation for me is easy, I want to be fit and healthy and just don't make any excuses.

Looks to be a lot of carbs, maybe try swapping a lot of those carbs for protein and a bit more fat.

Splitting up with my wife after finding out she was cheating on me, had my life back to myself again and there was a lot of things I wanted to do and I couldn't physically do them at the time (Play footy, mountain biking etc.) so time to get fit!

I drink my coffee black with no sugar, don't dilute that beautiful coffee taste :)
