  • Oh I see, thanks for the advise! I was thinking about making it my main routine, but I think I'll try something similar to what you are doing, or switch from Yoga/Zumba everyday. I did the Yoga today and I didn't sweat as much, but I did get tired very quickly. I found that kinda interesting.

  • Since I know I'll be bad this week I'm starting to strength train as well as do Zumba. 1. Drink a lot of water 2. Morning yoga/crunches (done) 3. 1 hour of Zumba 4. Stay as low as possible on calorie range.
